Of the two journals published by the “Institute of Creativity in Music Education” , The International Journal of Creativity in Music Education, which is mainly written in English, has been published up to vol.7. It is now available on this website as a web journal. Various treatises related to Creativity in Music Education have been contributed from young researchers to veterans and from various countries around the world. I hope it will be useful for you. Call for Papers and Workshop plans
The International Journal of Creativity in Music Education, vol.7 will be published as a Web-journal.
Institute of Creativity in Music Education is now accepting papers concerning the topic below.
1. Special Issue:Music Education as a Bridge Between Schools and Society
Each paper will be reviewed by at least two referees, and an editorial decision will be generally reached within 8 to 12 weeks of submission.
Papers should be around 5000 words long.
An abstract of about 100 words summarizing the content of the paper should be added below the title and before the main text.
A biography of around 75 words giving the author’s name and affiliation should be submitted on a separate cover sheet.
2. Papers not concerned with the special issue are also being accepted by the journal.
3. Workshop plans about Creative Music Activity are also welcome. They will not be reviewed by referees, but the decision for acceptance will be made by the editorial committee.
Submission of papers or articles is taken to imply that they have not previously been published elsewhere. Contributors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging copyright permissions where necessary.
Native-checking of all work is to be done prior to submission.
The deadline for submission is 31st August 2019.
The official language is English.
The papers should be written in APA style. Submissions in MS Word as well as PDF format should be sent to the Institute of Creativity in Music Education: tsubonou@fc.jwu.ac.jp
